I attended my follow up appointment on the 21st Jan. After a year under AP. The CO gave another 221g slip and indicated that we fill our ds260 and resubmit after which we need to book appointment for oath swearing. Then we should bring a new medical report. It’s this a good indication that the visas will be approved on the next visit??

Are you on employment Visa program? Because mostly after reaffirm to a second interview they normally request 6moth valid passport, birth certificate, medical, devioce or death certificate,ds260,police certificate, and any other documents, but technically you are advised to add tax clearance and affidavit of support,so let me know your program
