Its obvious the account belonged to the brother mentioned in the original post either he is posting on her behalf or she is using his account....who knows but happens a lot here.

Her not having a bank account is not uncommon she has most likely had no need for one.   I would find it very rare that women would have a bank account in my husbands city at all.   They are fully supported by husbands or other family members if not married and have no use for one.

OP best thing you can do is apply and see how it turns out.   It is hard for anyone to tell you the outcome.  Having ties to both countries and the decision completely on the office no-one can really predict what will happen.

You don't have any real ties to Italy, as a third country filer (or Morocco for that matter either).

You will have a hard time proving to the Consulate Officier that you will leave the US.   All non-immigrant visas are presumed to have immigrant intentions.

An hour on the computer, $160 fee and an interview and you will know for sure.

Where is that coming from? That’s inaccurate. Would you say USA permanent residents do not have any real ties to the?

Why would she have a hard time? There’s no evidence in the facts presented to support your assertion.

Would you advice me to apply for the B2 visa on my own or should my bro send me invitation letter or file i-134 form for me .

whats my chance of getting the visitor visa each case .

PS: I am traveling alone in case i getthe visa.

any other advices please to be considered.

thank you .

Get an invitation letter from your brother although they likely will not ask for it and they state it does not affect their decision. Not only do you lose nothing from carrying it along, but also traveling as a visitor has less financial expectations (e.g hotel accommodation etc) than traveling as a tourist.

Regarding the I-134 I am ambivalent, actually skeptical about its value. Who is financing your trip? If it’s your husband that will look better than your brother financing it so I’d expect you carry financial documents from your husband/joint accounts etc.

I think you have more than decent chances of getting approved and would go ahead and apply if in your shoes.

Wow.  Something is not right here.

Nothing strange there. People post for others all the time and it’s quite obvious the brother is inquiring on her behalf. Much ado about nothing imho

OP is married to a European and lives in Europe.  So yes, it is unusual for her to not have a bank account.

I'm confused....in this thread, in the first sentence, you state you are a USC.

This was my bro who is the USC look at that message date . He was using this account and he gave it to me to use it now .

I sort of assumed you were not an IR 5.

A tourist is a visitor.

I suggest not sharing a (free) account and using "I" in both cases. It leads to confusion.
