I am wondering about the USA taxing my assets used to meet the minimum requirements on I-864 Affidavit of Support.  We want to use out foreign bank account to meet the requirements. Will this money be taxed in the USA once we transfer it to our American account?

If the assets in the foreign account were generated by income of the USC, then it should have already been reported on prior tax filings by the USC

YMMV

It is money from the intending Immigrant who is not a US Citizen/Lawful permanent resident. The money was made in the foreign country of the foreign national who is applying for the immigrant visa.

Then no income tax issue

YMMV
