Not sure what else you want to hear. People explained the differences between K1 and CR1, referred you to the guides, explained that your chances of approval depend on a lot of factors, and that more face time is needed.

Good luck.

I know what is the difference between the both. I'm just saying what is the best choice in my position.

Everybody gives to you their point of view, now depends of you and your girlfriend to decide what is the best way to start.

Nobody here is toxic, this is a forum with people who had a lot of experience applying for a IS Visa.

You don't need too prove nothing to us but if you are askingfor help this is the kind of information you will get.

Just be sure to read all the USCIS requirements and have all the things they will ask you too for.

Good luck in your journey.

geez people it doesn't matter if they've been online chatting for 3 months or in a in person relationship for 3 months.  Stop with the ideal that people need to be in a relationship for years just to get married or engaged.

Yes with high fraud countries it creates issues.  If the OP doesn't mind that it will take extra work then great.

I know eh lol. I have met a lot of people who been in the same situation as me but I'm not that type of person that rushes everything. My girlfriend is the opposite. She wants me here asap but that's not how it works I told her. I know a person who met his fiance in a high fraud country and got approved. He met her for 7 hours and engaged right after

CR1 is usually the best option.

The best choice in your position is what the two of you decide is the best option after comparing the pros and cons of the visas. No one here can decide that for you. Look at the list that @missileman posted; you are going to have to decide what works best in your situation.

Is it important for the beneficiary to have a wedding in their country before moving to the US? --> CR1

Does the beneficiary want to be able to work as soon as they arrive? --> CR1

Is the US citizen able to support the beneficiary financially for 6 months and is the fastest process the most important? --> K1

See? You need to decide what is important to the two of you.

Dude I've been married for 8 years this year.  We dated online for a month, met in person, and 2 weeks later were engaged.  We lived together for a month, and married 5 months after that first meeting. It's not without issues, but I know people who have been together for 20 years, get married, and then they seem to become different people overnight and get divorced like a year later.

Actually we are considering CR1 but my point was, Is it too soon to apply? Since we've been talking for 3 months and only one visit. That was my whole point. When I said the best, i meant as far as approval

You can theoretically file any time you want after marriage, however having multiple visits first creates for better, stronger evidence in your initial filing and helps to show that your relationship is legitimate since you have more visits to show, since you have to convince these people who know nothing about you or your relationship other than what you send to them that you are in it for real (it's also better for your relationship to first have multiple visits since you can get to know each other better)

Yeah that's my whole point. I don't want them to think that our relationship is not genuine. She's leaving next week back to the US and she will come back after 2-3 months. After the second visit we should be fine If we apply right?

All depends on your situation.  It's something that you and your girlfriend need to discuss.  Do read the guidelines for both visas.

Bro, go for the CR1 Visa, as long as the relationship is real love you shouldn't worry about how long you guys have been together. just know before applying you will need to get married first haha,  so take it smooth and have patience with this, i know you both want to be together and the idea of being apart sucks, but many of us had to go through similar or same situation.
