Short time is not the problem. All you need to do is proof of your real relationship. 

 

Is there any red flags in your case more than short time together? Age gap? Different religions? ...

No different religions. We are both Christians. No age gap. We both speak good English also. I'm just curious If they would look at our case suspiciously If we only been talking for 3 months and she only visited me once.

OP - yes you can file.   But you should have met several times before filing any petition.  You want the strongest possible petition.  Invite your US Citizen girlfriend to join us here and we can wolk her thru any issues.

If you and your girlfriend have a real relationship with proofs and she makes enough to sponsor you (or add a joint sponsor) you can choose any of those Visa.

 

The difference is time, fees, when you will be able to work in the US, and other things. You will probably find a bunch of information about any visa here in VJ.

No she didn't leave yet. I told you that's her first visit. That's why we thought of applying.

Meet few more times before filing in general or only for the spouse visa?

Another thing to keep in mind!!!!!!!!!!!

If you choose K1 - you'll still have to keep tackling and filing paperworks, this is an ongoing process and you have to be proactive and get on it early as you can never wait to the last day to do it because it requires you to compile and prepare all the paperwork that can last you more than 2 weeks at least!

Another thing about K1 is that the beneficiary can not work until the work permit (EAD) is in hand! This can go on for a while, and the sponsor have to be financially prepared! Do your budget like a family will do.

Every couple has their own priorities, and each couple must decide which visa is better for their situation.

K-1
    Slightly faster arrival in the US 
    More expensive than CR-1    
    Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)    
    Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 5-6 months)    
    Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 5-6 months)    
    Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period    
    Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.

  

CR-1
    Slightly slower arrival in the US 

    Less expensive than K-1    
    No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required.    
    Spouse can immediately travel outside the US    
    Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival.    
    Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US    
    Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport.

    Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.
