CR1 Or K1? (Read Below)

Hey everyone. I know you've probably read about this topic more than once and I'm pretty sure there's a lot of debating going on whether  the CR1 is better or K1.

However, my question is: What If the couple applied too soon after meeting? My fiance and i been communicating online for like few months. She visited me once and thought of applying right after. We don't want it to seem suspicious even though It's not. In this case, what should we do? K1 or CR1? A lot suggested us to go with CR1 because " It's cheaper and more guaranteed "I feel like If we applied for CR1, there wouldn't be a lot of evidence and we could get denied which makes me choose to go the K1 route instead. I've been reading and watching videos online saying applying after meeting could be something risky so I'm confused. Correct me If I'm wrong! We are confused and looking for answers.

Having no evidence applies equally to K1 and CR1.

Meeting once and filing also is somewhat unusual.

Why the rush?

I don't think you understand where I'm coming from. We have proof of evidence. Pictures together, pictures with family members, trips, Chat logs and face-time screenshots. It's not like we met yesterday and she decided to visit me and apply the next day. We've been communicating online for 3 months. She visited me on Jan 24. We had thoughts of applying too soon but obviously we didn't do it. I'm curious when to apply and how long should we wait?

I have known people on this site much longer than that if that is the definition.

So she visited on the 24th Jan and has gone already? Not very long.

Yeah it's a short time I agree. It was just a thought though. We must wait a year at least?

Of course not, spend plenty of time together, you would want to anyway.

All that is need to apply is one day of marriage.  Then you get to wait for the petition to be adjudicated.   7 to 12 months.

What do you mean? Can you be more specific please?

It does not matter if you are married one day or one year as long as you can demonstrate that your marriage in bonafide in the petition.   It will take USCIS 7 to 12+ months before they even review the petition and you can gather more bonafides in that time.

Nothing is guaranteed.   Read the guides and the forms and see what fits better.

So In my case, which route seems the best? CR1 Or K1?

No idea.  That is up to you and your girlfriend.

You haven't provided any meaningful details of the relationship.

It is pretty clear that you both haven't done the research to see what fits for you both.

Both are basically are the same thing technically. I'm just speaking as If right now weather should we wait more before applying because I heard we could deny based on the short timing.

If you are not meeting again before filing the time factor is not relevant.  K1 only requires one visit and you can't marry by proxy.
