So I am filling form I864 for both of my parents, but I don't see anywhere to count for a concurrent filling of I864 household member. Like I am married and have a son so basically my household member right now is 3. But if I am filling for my mom so it's 4, so where to count for my dad in the form since I am also filling a separate form for him too?

Thanks

Part 3 of the I-864 allows you to sponsor more than one person If they’re coming together. Fill it out correctly.

as for your household:

you are 1

sour spouse is 1

your son is 1 (dependent)

And 2 pending immigrants:

total of 5 person household.

your spouse can add their funds to the income pool with an I-864A.

You need a total year income/+assets of $37,712 to sponsor both immigrants.

—-

OR if they are both immigrating separately, you simply fill out two I-864s and I-864As If applicable, and make sure to include “1” in the already supported I-864 (Part 5, #6) Which brings the household size to 5 as well, on both forms.

Got it. Thanks. And one more question. My 2019 total income (on Federal Tax Return) is somewhere around 28k. Can I use my weekly paycheck to prove my CURRENT "estimate" income about 40k. Is that acceptable?

You can provide it, but it might be taken as a healthy 28K as you will have an estimate of more on your 2020 tax return. Regardless, you should have additional household income or assets if you submit your 2018/2019 tax return transcript and you only have 28k on it. You would either need more household members add their income, or have assets worth $50,000~ (savings, house, liquid assets). They tend to take numbers as they are. Better to be safe and have more. To avoid denial.

Incorrect. Even if the applications are going on at the same time, they are neither immigrating nor travelling together according to USCIS They are being petitioned separately. Count only one parent as intending immigrant in the I 864.  Only if one parent was already in the US having been granted LPR status would you add them to the household number .. as an immigrant already sponsored. This is not the situation with OP .. both parents are intending immigrants ., OP isn’t sponsoring either of them yet

Yes. 4 on each I 864. I speak from my personal experience of 2 parents being petitioned as you are doing .. and completing the I 864 forms  as you are doing.
