Is the card delivered to postbox? I might be away when it arrives and I don't know if it'd go back

I’m not sure. I assume it would fit in the mailbox and that we wouldn’t need to sign for it.

Today I saw the notification on the old website (nothing showing on the new as yet) that my card was picked up by the United States post office yesterday.  I have been given a tracking number to use on the USPS website and it’s says expected delivery by this Thursday by 8pm.

Ill update again on here for anyone who’s interested or is needing a better timeline! 🙂

@Meg101 what website did you use to get USPS tracking number? The https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do only shows that my card was mailed. No USPS tracking numbers.

Next update will say that USPS collected your card and it will include a tracking number.

Anyone still awake out there at this hour?!

Received a RFE for evidence of support. Husband has not done his taxes for 2019 yet - they are not due quite yet.

Are they asking for his 2019 taxes despite them not being overdue yet?

They will ask for the most recent one, which is technically still 2018 taxes since 2019 ones are not due until July 15. Also even if you filed today you wouldn't have the tax transcript/returns back in time for your RFE deadline is my guess.

I would send the tax transcripts for 2016, 2017 and 2018 with a note saying you have yet to file 2019 taxes since they are not due until July 15.

Did you not attach any tax transcripts/returns with the original I-864?
