We used the severe financial loss reason. All we submitted was a cover letter, the email that they sent asking for evidence, and the offer letter.

 

I used efax.com because I tried to fax it in using the machine multiple times and could not go through.

How long did it take you to get an email confirmation that the fax went through Successfully on efax?

Today is a good day --> "New Card Is Being Produced"....18 days after my expedite was approved (and the day I was meant to hand in my notice at work).

No waaaaay!!! Omg omg I am so so happy. I cannot tell you how happy I am!! The only thing that would make me happier is if my case said the same! Good for you - you deserve it!! If your job needs the info NOW they can call e-verify. I am so happy for you! Congrats!!

Hey! When your expedite was rejected the first time did they let you know it was rejected or you just didn’t have any movement on your case?

Yup. They let me know that it was reverted a day later - the fact that it was rejected was stated on the tracking app.

Hmmm. Mine has no updates. I sent the fax physically last Wednesday and then through efax this morning.

 

i checked with the app I use (case tracker) and myuscis and nothing.

 

which app do you use?

No ‘card is being produced’ status updates but there appears to be movement. Any movement is good news to me.

Yes, I did message you as soon as I got the confirmation email that it was successfully sent.
