Yeh so basically what mine looked like then the "last updated" date on my I-765 just changed today's date a couple hours ago. No idea what it means. New officer? Back of the line? Additional reviews? I just don't understand why they don't have more info on this site

Frustrating. Maybe call tier 2 and see what they can tell you? I know it’s probably driving you nuts. I would drive me nuts.

no update yet from my EAD case even after faxing it on Wednesday late afternoon. 
Not sure how long to wait before being concerned about no updates...

I spoke to one this AM. He was super nice and understanding of my predicament. He told me to call back Tuesday if I haven't heard anything.

Hey, guys! We requested for an EAD expedite. Faxed evidence yesterday, didn't get a reply, so I faxed it again this morning. Got a "Card is Being Produced" email before noon! Yaay!

 

We used the severe financial loss reason. All we submitted was a cover letter, the email that they sent asking for evidence, and the offer letter.

 

I used efax.com because I tried to fax it in using the machine multiple times and could not go through.

@Zsazsa and @beefmaster maybe fax all that stuff again. Maybe that will make them look at your files again and do something.
