Yes as well as my I-765... so I assume for some inexplicable reason my forms were separated. We attached a table of contents and the check even said it's for all 3... not sure what to think anymore. Just stupidity or laziness? Spite for another government employee? Anything is possible

from what i understood was that each applicant could possibly go to a different person and that is where things seem to get messy .

duh

But I am one applicant, how stupid is that... my case (and I'm sure others') shows exactly why they shouldn't be working like this. My 131 ended up in one pile but my 485 and 765 somehow stayed together? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ we could keep speculating until we get our interview dates, no one knows what the hell is going on at those offices!

We sent our i485, i131, i765 in today as well.      I was looking at the stats listed here for Dallas I485 for K1s and it looks like it may be approved in three months.   I hope what I’m seeing is a good reflection of what we will experience.

My fried from boston turned in his i485 k1 and his was approved in 6 weeks.    That was crazy fast.  It would be great if our results here are the same!!

We're in Boston! Someone on a fb group told me today that they filed in October and have an interview early Feb which is less than 4 months!

We sent package off today! (14th, I'm just up late). We procrastinated for someone long but it actually wasn't that bad to get together once you figure out what you need.

Also, I didn't think you could get SSN if trying to get it after the 90 days?  Reading this thread makes me feel like I might?

what kind of date ? i though you only need add your name and A number on photos

I always send the receipt for photos that my wife and I send to USCIS, to prove it was taken in less than 3 months. Maybe that's why they got an RFE for not "writing" a date on their photos.

That would be awesome if you would get there so fast too. Fingers crossed 😊

You can try but it probably won't work after your 90 days of legal status are up.

I read on numerous threads that they won't allow you to walk in and apply if it's 14 days before your I-94 expires, but you can apply for an SSN on your I-485.

I haven't written the date on the photos either, just my name. Hope this won't get me a RFE :(

It was probably about pictures used for evidence, not the passport pictures. The instructions are quite clear on that.

Aahh! You're right. I don't know why I immediately thought it was the passport pictures.
