How Does the EO affects my pending AOS for my parents?

Not at all because they're already here.

It won't effect any of us who are already here and in the process

They have not received EAD OR AP as of yet and their I94 has expired. They completed Biometrics Feb 6th.  therefore they do not have a valid visa yet. only AOS pending

They're not aiming for a visa but for a Greencard. They entered on a valid visa I guess and filed for adjustment of status inside the US. They're fine

I emailed my Lawyer and she stated that the EO does not affect my parents case.

Also today my parents received RFE  from local FO asking for passport photos. Not sure why.

My father's mail was torn in half and missing a piece of the letter. My lawyer will email a copy she got.

Case Status changed to "Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview." It may not mean much more than the fact that  there  is someone at USCIS still working on the  AOS/I-485

Green card just arrived! 🥳 It was originally projected to arrive tomorrow but ended up out for delivery today. We were planning a celebratory takeout meal tomorrow night anticipating it coming 😆 Think we will still do that anyway :)

Sending positive energy to everyone else waiting for a good news update! 🤗

Congrats! The big day for you ;)

I just got a ready for interview!! 😁

2 days before my birthday too, what a great gift!

A big relief with what's going on, I was so worried it would be paused.

So people with ready for interview already, how many are being waived?

When we got a RFE, the envelope wasn't even sealed! Completely open for anyone to read

I think there was this one in the February thread yesterday. Though I'm not sure if she might have had an interview scheduled before. Other than that I've heard of none
