But in all seriousness, if it’s true, and 3 January filers get EADs I grant you full permission to boast “I TOLD YOU SOOOOO!”  Haha

Wohooo case status changed from response to RFE received to interview ready to be scheduled :) Feels good to know that our case is on the way to Honolulu now. I mean it's gonna sit there for a while, we're under complete lockdown as of today 4.30pm until April 30th, but still :D

Hi! Did you send your RFIE evidence already? My status just changed today to "Response to USCIS Request for Evidence was received."

I wish I sent it express now, I sent it last monday and the status has only just changed to response recieved!

Haha! waiting game begins again.

I saw someone who's case changed to "ready to be scheduled 11 days after sending her RFIE response."

I hope that happens to us also.

Thank you 😊 Yes, pretty crazy! We try to make the best of it and see it as unpaid “family vacation”, I definitely prefer this over a crazy outbreak on Oahu. An Italy situation on an island in the middle of the pacific with 950k residents and only 350 ICU beds would be pretty bad. I’m just grateful that our baby is only 9 months old, so he’s cool with whatever we’re doing and pretty easily entertained 😄

Woke up to the AP fingerprints taken update. I guess that's something 🤣

I'm actually happy about everything that shows that there is still somebody working.

Me desperté con las huellas digitales AP actualizadas. Supongo que es algo 🤣

De hecho, estoy contento con todo lo que demuestra que todavía hay alguien trabajando.

Mine also change last night. I hope they approve soon

We received a 2nd I-797 NOA in the mail yesterday, dated March 13th, For the AP only. It basically states that we’ll use your fingerprints & biometrics that we already have. I don’t understand why this was even sent. Has this happened to anyone else? Aren’t the EAD/AP a combo card? I’m concerned because there was no 2nd mention of the EAD, which is what we are really eager to get.
