Hi quick question! My fiancé is still waiting for his interview. I’ve extended his application twice now.. but this time it was sent with a tracking.. well anyways. My question is: when my fiancé goes to get his medical report will be get it that same day, get mailed to the embassy or mailed to him? He’s going to Frankfurt for his interview. Thank you!

Yes, @Letspaintcookies is right. This forum is for those who have been approved for a K1 visa already and are now going through steps necessary to work/have status adjusted.

I would go to ‘country specific help’ as well as join the 129F forums based on when you submitted application.

Best of luck in your journey!

You're in the complete wrong place to ask this question. There is a whole topic for K1 Visas and also a european sub-forum. Take your time and get familiar with it 😊 the doc in Germany will mail the results to the consulate in Frankfurt.

That’s ok! This website is huge! Take some time. Explore the different forums available. So much useful info here. ☺️ You will eventually need this forum but not for quite some time yet. All the best, and feel free to DM if you have any troubles at all! Cheers.

That's so cool @Sarah n Ryan congratulations. Curious if it will be Chicago. I had a look at the processing times and Chicago wasn't the fastest one around.

Now waiting for mail to see when the interview date will be and waiting on the Combo Card.
This was extremely fast and grateful but now need to find out what we should bring to our AOS Interview.
And where Interview was scheduled since it should be Chicago but we do have a few other local offices nearby.
Excited and Nervous at the same time.

Heres hoping that the rest of you will see quick approvals as well.
Thank You to all of VJ and the tremendous support on this journey 🙏.

Loving all the approval updates today. What an awesome day! Congrats!

Yes, I’m baffled. Wait times our 5-50 months in Chicago.
We are in between Chicago and Detroit Office but Detroit office is an average of  75 days or 3 months.
South of us we have Indianapolis but there average wait is 185 days.
All within a few hours away from where we reside.
No expedite either.
We will let you know once we receive the date and location in the mail.

Thank You @Letspaintcookies !

Seems like we're quite a speedy month 😁😁

It's my birthday tomorrow. USCIS should better come up with a present 😂

I know, I ❤️ to see approvals on VJ. I Most people outside this forum do not understand what “we” as couples go through and the obstacles we need to overcome when adding immigration into a marriage.
I find comfort sharing even the smallest steps forward with all of you and have so many here to Thank.
Happy Pre Birthday @Letspaintcookies
Wishing you all the best today and in the future !😊

Got an email this morning telling me that my fingerprints have been applied to my AP case. Same status (but different date) to my EAD case which switched to that the day after biometrics. Think I'm getting a card issued soon? 🤔

I too received the same message today which I thought was weird considering that my bios were added to I-485 the day after. Hope this is a sign of good things to come soon!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I got this too. But my AP was already approved before this update. Ive been waiting for my combo card in the mail for a while now (10-12 days).

Seems like some kind of system issue. I don’t see this update on myUSCIS account. Only in the the USCIS Case Status website.
