My AOS package was delivered to the lockbox on January 30th (27 days ago), but I’ve heard absolutely nothing (check hasn’t even been cashed). Any other late January fliers experiencing a similar delay?

If you go back a few pages in this thread you will see that I actually emailed lockbox support as I hadn’t heard anything. I had mentioned previously in the thread that I am certain I was misplaced or something.

Did you ever get a reply from Lockbox support? I emailed them last Thursday, but no reply.

I did, in about 12 hours. No reply, that’s not good. Did you provide your alien number? Email them again and ask “do you have my application, or should I send another?”  That’s what I did. Sorry you’re having so much trouble.

Try calling USCIS 1-800 numbers and press 1,2,2,1,6,# to get a human. they can tell you. i filed on Jan 31st the second time and got  processed on Feb 5th

Hi. My sister case as same as you. Tried to call today follow press number  1, 2, 2, 1, 6 but wrong. Here this number you needs to try 1800 375 5283 press 1-1 - 2- 2. Then someone will talk to you. My sister sent January 28. Called today and case number was February 24.

Interesting - thank you! Did they cash your check yet? I assumed that happened before the case number was assigned?

She sent money order,  i guess they did. whenever you call uscis they will ask you your information and alien number. I hope it will work out for u

Just called using the numbers you gave. A very friendly officer gave me all 3 case numbers. Apparently they were processed nearly a month ago, but they only mailed the receipt notice yesterday. Thank you so much for the help!

This happened to me. I called and gave them our info and they gave me the receipt number over the phone. They received my package Jan 23rd. Just got the notice last Friday

We received our biometrics appointment for March 5th but we went ahead and did a walk in today. Case updated to “Fingerprints Taken” yay! So happy!

Case is ready to be scheduled for Interview update on my I-485 today 🎉🎉🎉

Which Houston Office did you go to? I went to the one on the NW Freeway.
