What did they tell you when you called them about your case number?

I'm asking because I didn't get mine. Sent 01/02/2020, delivered 03/02/2020. Should I wait a little longer or should I call them?

Ok so glad you asked. Actually, I called and the girl on the phone could not find anything on me. I was freaking out. She gave me an email address to send my request to and the next morning I had an email with my case numbers. A week later I got my NOSs. So that is why I am thinking I got temporarily lost. Send your information to email: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

provide as much info as you can.

So you just e-mailed them your names and dates? Something else should I include?

I provided my alien number (as well as my kids) and my compete name, and birthdate. I just stated that I was concerned whether I should re-mail it or not - didn’t want to sound as impatient as I truly am. Lol

i think you waited long enough. Go for it.

Just checked out your timeline. I have not received one yet. However, I did apply a full week after you. Also, I had to call and request my case numbers - I’m thinking I was temporarily ‘lost in the shuffle’ maybe. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I actually ended up getting the biometric notice. Scheduled for February 22nd

I don't know but EAD's seem to be processing pretty fast the last two months. The craziest thing happened in our office last week. A client actually had their EAD approved without having done the bio-metrics first lol. He received his social security number, but of course no work permit since they do not even have his photo or fingerprints on file yet lol. He has has bios appointment next week. However the last month I had three EADS approved within a month in a half, which is unheard of these days, but hey its possible. However, it is three out of like 20, so I would still not say it is the norm.

I hope that they'll hurry and send him his EAD soon after the appointment. That's a crazy thing.

I try to not set my hopes to high but of course, all these cases makes one thinking that one could be the next super fast approval.

Some folks do get EAD/AP without the Finger print. The only cause is that they were able to obtain finger prints from some where else.. no one knows but i have seen people receiving EAD/AP without the Finger print done

duh
