Stupid me just noticed that I forgot to include a copy of my husband's passport with the I-846 🙈🙈

So I prepared a letter to NBC with the biographical page attached asking them to include it in my application.

I remembered reading here that this has worked for a couple of people with CSC for the K1 petition so I'm hoping that it will work at NBC too. Otherwise I guess I'm in for a RFE.

Oh nooooooo 🙈 Well, my fingers are crossed 😊 It’s gonna be fine, if you end up getting an RFE at least it’s a super easy quick fix, but hey, I’d say you’re not even going to get one, they’ll just attach the passport copy and that’s it :)❤️

Very surprising indeed. I was expecting normal wait times (3-4 months)

Am I reading this right?! Everyone’s EAD seems to be flying (knock on wood). My AOS, EAD, and AP were received Jan 27. Received NOA on Feb 12. Hoping that the EAD is approved as quickly as I have seen on here as it will be so so nice to start earning an income. I’m sure you can all appreciate how costly this entire process is.

cheers!

Has anyone else not received a letter for biometrics appointment? I called USCIS and they said they sent it out on the 31st and still haven’t received anything

Just checked out your timeline. I have not received one yet. However, I did apply a full week after you. Also, I had to call and request my case numbers - I’m thinking I was temporarily ‘lost in the shuffle’ maybe. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What did they tell you when you called them about your case number?

I'm asking because I didn't get mine. Sent 01/02/2020, delivered 03/02/2020. Should I wait a little longer or should I call them?
