Do we need to wait 30 days or 30 business days before calling? Still haven't heard anything

Yes you have to wait until the said date (30days) . If you’ll call they will just say to call again after 30days(which is stated on the Case status site).

are you waiting for the NOA? do you have your case numbers already?

Beside weight, height, hair color, what other information do they ask for? Oklahoma City office doesn't not allow the applicant any company. My wife's English is so so. I'm trying to prepare her. If you can remember all the info they asked for, I could practice it with her. Much appreciated

I'm pretty sure it varies between offices, but if it helps, the Anchorage office let me in. There is a separate room that they had my wife fill out the form before she got called in for her fingerprints. I think that is where we are not allowed.

Oh I see. Is this similar to the K1 process where they forward your case onto a different service centered based on workload?

No all the family based AOS go there. EAD/ AP gets handled there while your AOS file will be forwarded to your local field office when it's time for the interview.

Hello everyone I did my biometric yesterday ( feb 5th ) stupid me i forgot to take my marriage certificate with me so the women on the desk told me to go to an agent on the next office I waited there 5 mn so later he came to me checked my case number,  my passport and he asked me if the name on the letter is my married name that's it , he stamped my letter and he told me to get my fingerprint taken , that's it,  the whole process took 30 mn and after couple hours of getting out of the office I received an update on my case that FINGERPRINT WERE TAKEN now waiting for FINGERPRINT REVIEW WAS COMPLETED

Today I received NOA for AOS and work permit. Firstly, the work permit letter wasn't even sealed!! Pretty lucky it got to us.

Travel doc got rejected because of fees even though it was all filed together 🙄

Anyone know what I do now when it's just one? Shoukd I call or email?

Also it says they returned all the supporting documents with the notice, which isn't true. I got the photo back with photocopy of the form but no evidence documents which is a pain

*and didn't sign a box 🤦 I can't believe it! So will I have to file it on its own now? And pay indivigually?

File again for the AP and include a copy of the AOS NOA1. That way you don't need to pay again.
