Still waiting on any action or interview date for our case filed in January 2020; lived in New York and then moved to New Jersey (USCIS office is Newark); is anyone else on a similar time-frame with either of these offices? I called USCIS some weeks ago; they said my case is outside of expected processing times and that they'll send me an e-mail with an update; but nothing has happened yet

It currently shows August 16 2018 for outside of processing times so you're unfortunately far away from being outside of it. Some offices have just really long wait times. On the good side you'll get the 10 year card if it takes more than two years and won't have to bother about ROC.

I filed in January 2020 and my field office is Queens (used to be Brooklyn, we moved too). Haven’t heard anything since status changing to interview is going to be scheduled in April 2020. I am currently going through EAD renewal because I don’t think I’m going to get an interview anytime soon

Hi everyone ! I really need help !

I had my marriage AOS interview on February 24, we were approved and I received my Approval notice yesterday. Today morning our case status showed " Card was picked up by the USPS " and now in the afternoon our case status says " Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It " and they are asking me to file a request online to request a copy of the notice. ( I have not changed my address at all )

What do they mean ? Do they mean the Green Card was not delivered or another notice ? What should I do ? Did anyone go through the same thing ?

In your update about usps picked it up there should be a tracking number. Not in the email but on the uscis page. What does it says when you track it?

Do you have an account there? You'll need that cause then it will show you older case statuses

Yes, I do have an account. the last case history says this:

March 3, 2021 Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It
March 2, 2021 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.
March 1, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, directly to the address you gave us

Usually the one where it says it was picked up also shows a tracking number. But it's weird that it already said the next day that it was sent back. It's not an overnight shipping so maybe they don't mean the card but the approval notice. Which is also weird since you received it. You probably have to either wait and see if the card arrives by the end of the week or try to reach a tier 2 at USCIS. I'm sorry that it's such a mess.

How can I reach tier 2 at USCIS ? I tried to call but it's an automatic response ?
