Congrats! How exactly do you find out. Do you just check on Case Tracker or do they inform you?

I used the case tracker app. Just refreshed this morning and saw that it was approved! I was very surprised. Have not received any notifications.

It's so nice to see people getting their EAD and their process going on.

 

I'm still stuck for almost two months at your RFE was received and my i-765 hasn't changed anything. Not even biometrics I've done.

 

Anybody think it's worth calling USCIS and talking to a tier 2 officer to see what's going on?

So has anyone got bio rescheduled? 

i had RFE for i485. no update since i replied them in April.

Requested for a follow up last month ( at the 61st day after they received my response). it has been over 18 days now and still nothing....

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm basically on the same situation. Did you try calling USCIS and talking to a tier 2 officer and ask an update? Maybe that'll do something.

I got RFIE on March 31, 2020 for I-864. The letter was kinda general, I wasn't sure what exactly they want from us so we decided to hire a lawyer. She said that the reason for RFIE was that I didn't send form 1099. She helped me to write an explanation letter and with the letter I send form 1099 as well. 

USCIS got our mail on April 14, 2020. 

 

On June 15, 2020 I got notification that Case is ready to be schedule for an interview. So it took 2 months.

 

On June 30, 2020 EAD combo card was approved. Two days ago I got a mail with approval notice for both I-765 and I-131. No card in hand yet.

That's great! Does it show on your my.uscis.gov that you sent the RFE? Mine just says Case was received and fingerprint fee was received. Also did you have your biometrics appt? I got an RFE because they wanted the 1040 or the tax transcript, we initally had sent them the 1040 but had to send again. I'm wondering why mine's taking so long, maybe they're waiting to update it when the ASC's are open again because i guess i can't skip biometrics and go straight to interview.

I attached the timeline from USCIS website, it looks like it shows every movement.And I did have my biometrics done back in March.

No i have not. request for an update via e-request and they told me to wait 30 days before calling again...

think i will do that when the 30 day mark approaches
