Question on sponsor/joint sponsor for AOS I-864

Hello I have a few questions:

-Can a LPR be a joint sponsor for an AOS from k1?

-On the I-864 form Part 6 it says "Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size"- does this mean that multiple people in the household can be a sponsor? (I understand there is a primary sponsor who is the now husband)

 

 

More specifically, can the now husband (Sponsor) and a LPR who live in the same house add their income together for the I-864 for the person adjusting? Would this make the LPR a joint sponsor?

(husband (sponsor), wife (AOSing), LPR (mother in law) and baby of the couple)

Removal of Conditions I-751

Yes.

Yes.

No it would make them a Co-sponsor, CO for combining income. The co-sponsor's info and income would appear on the original sponsor's I864 in Part 6 Questions 8 through 10 and they would fill out their own I864A and provide supporting financial documents.
