Mr. Olu111 can you kindly share a few questions your son and daughter were asked during their interviews?. The WEST AFRICAN EXAMINATION COUNCIL results information was helpful indeed. Our minds didn't go that it might be asked for.

Our interview comes up next month for F3 immigrant visa category with my spouse and kids. I am the principal applicant. Any guidance from anyone in the house that will help us be prepared, will be appreciated indeed. Thank you

Hey guys, I'm asked to submit our chat records from the beginning of our relationship. I need your advice on this, we have so many chats because we talk hrs everyday and we use Facebook and Hangouts. But we initially started using Facebook. Scrolling to our first chat will take months to do that. I have requested to download my messages on Facebook, can i send screenshots of the downloaded messages or should i send them screenshot directly from Facebook website. I'm confused  because I don't know which one they will accept.

It says on the visa reciprocity site for Nigeria that they want screenshots from the social media pages rather than downloaded version. So just take your time, screenshot the chats, grid them on A4 paper and print them. When was your interview please?

I hear there is a new requirement from DOS to submit form DS-5540 at your consulate interview.

For those who recently went for their interview after 24th, where you asked to submit the form?

Regards,

My husband interviews the same date as you.  Our attorney sent this form to us on Friday which he thankfully completed and advised that we bring it along.  I believe it is part of the new public charge determination.  I think you should complete it and take with you.

I wouldn't call anyone.  I would attend the interview as scheduled.....if the ban is still in place, your husband's case will likely just be placed on hold until the ban is lifted or a waiver is approved....

Hello Guys,

I just called a call from the Embassy in Lagos that my interview has been rescheduled for tomorrow.

Asked why and they said they have so many people for the 4th, and that they need to quickly interview few of us.

I asked, are they issuing immigrant visa to people, and he said yes, that it's those that have ties, and criminal background information that they ain't giving.

I also asked that a letter be sent to me in respect to the new date, he said when I get there, I'll see my name on the list and the time is still 8:30am.

He said, since I'm in Ikoyi it wont be an issue to come over and I told him I have a meeting at work.

I also asked about the public charge form, but hes explanation wasnt too good.

He said get a copy of your employment letter to show you work and all.

Prayers up guys.

Let's sort this out once and for all, my man is going to be happy its finally coming to an end.

Regards,

Yes dear, I have all my certification with me, MBA, Cert from Harvard, everything ready.

The form is equally filled. I pray for grace and mercy tomorrow. It's tough already, I pray his grace makes it soft and smooth for us all.

He mentioned " terrorist activities", so those are the people they are looking out for
