I stumbled on this thread 2 days ago and has read through. Thanks for the information shared.  However I will like to know if there are people  on EB2 visa category on this thread that has gone for interview  after 21st Feb and the outcome. I will also like to know if EB2 is part of the special  immigrant category

To be on the safe side, obtain the attestation of birth. You can expedite it.

Hi what's up with your fiance's approval, has the visa been issued?

Please guys I need clarity as my interview is on Wednesday. The Birth certificate I have is from NPC and its state " Certificate of Birth" and not an attestation of birth.

I need advice please.

Thanks

The NPC document should read Attestation of Birth. Better to get it corrected.

Hello guys,

I need to know if it's not necessary to carry along Joint Sponsor AOS and it's tax return on interview date, since it's already uploaded on NVC website (www.ceac.state.gov). I don't know if they will still ask it aside from Petitioner AOS documents that will be requested for during interview. I need the right ideas.

Thanks
