Thank you, unfortunately ... it is an immigrant visa. The forms he filled were filed under immigrant caragory.

For cases of CR1 Spouse Visa is there anyone that have went for interview in US Embassy in Lagos Nigeria this week to share us there experience. I mean was there anything like (Exception or Waiver) for this category.
