I had an interview on 6th february, and the CO failed to check my affidavit of support and i was asked to get a joint sponsor. I submitted the joint sponsor on 14th february. Will this ban affect me since my case is already on admin processing?

That is an excellent question.  Please keep us updated.

What clinic? What do I need to take to the clinic

The Children's Practice
25 Raymond Njoku
Ikoyi
Lagos. We walked in the first day around 8am but they said there is no available time for the day, he went back the next day around 430am and he got number 1, so be prepared to get there really early if you decide to use this Clinic. He went there with his interview letter, passport, passport-sized color photographs, and DS-260 confirmation page.

Does anyone know anyone who already has a green card and is already a permanent resident travel back to the US this month. My cousin is in Nigeria for the holiday and is scheduled to travel back on Monday to the US, I hope this ban does not affect existing immigrants, even at the port of entry in the US. Answers will be appreciated. Thanks

It does not impact any existing visas or permanent residents.

I would NOT postpone the interview.....The ban could be lifted soon......Attending the interview will put you a step closer when that happens.

But remember you will need to do another medical test and police report .and what if CO refused the you straight away because of the ban with out putting you on the waiver, you know it’s up to the CO to decide. So I think it’s good to wait till the ban is lifted

I totally disagree.......the ban could be lifted at any time.....the interview, itself, must be completed regardless.....and doing it sooner clears any other obstacles other than the ban, itself.....
