There is hope at the end of the tunnel. I heard soonest, they'll give the US all they need to get us out of the ban list.

Heard the President has mandated The Minister of Interior and foreign Affairs to ensure, all is completed before the dead line.

Funny thing, all the US is asking, has been installed but not yet implemented.

So we might be lucky and get lifted before the 21st of February,2020.

🙏

Nigerian husband's visa was issued February 14.  Am I understanding  correctly that he can travel to America after February 21 from this I obtained from US Government website? (I can read but anxiety has me second guessing everything 😳)

"Proclamations provide specifically that no visas issued before the effective date of the Proclamations will be revoked pursuant to the Proclamations, and it does not apply to nationals of affected countries who have valid visas on the date it becomes effective for that country."

Thank you in Advance!

Yes, all already-approved visas and immigration benefits will be honored before the Feb 21st date. If he's already approved, he can still travel to the US despite any visa limitations.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

My understanding is that the ban affects all immigrant visas....I would file a waiver after the interview....if the ban is still in effect.
