everyone that got approved of immigrants visa in Lagos Nigeria embassy, do have their visa in their passport in just three day after interview

I am pretty certain this is inaccurate. I don't know the typical timeline for issuance in Lagos, but there are absolutely people where it took more than 3 days to issue the visa even if told they were approved. No way "everyone" has that happen. I don't think that would apply to any consulate.

I haven't been able to concentrate on anything since this news broke. I am just so heartbroken. After all the long wait, since 2018 Jan and money spent. It beats me why this has to happen.

I feel the same. This has had a huge psychological impact on both my husband and myself.  I need knee surgery badly but was trying to hold off so as to have my husband here to take care of me. Neither of us has been sleeping, both suffering from headaches, and deprsssion. I can't  eat, I am losing weight by diabetes is getting out of control, heart palpitations and the list goes on. Going to see a psychiatrist as this is truly taking a toll. When you get married, you just want to begin your life as a happily married couple and this is anything but that. We both pray that we will one day get to have our happy beginning and we wish that for everyone here. GOD BLESS!🙏🙏🙏🙏

So sorry you are going through all that. I had a surgery last week too and i know how much i wished my husband was there with me. My graduation from law school is also right at the corner and i really wish he can be there.

We just have to keep the hope alive at this point. Take a look at below maybe it might help you feel better. At least to let us know they are probably doing something to save the situation. Take care.

None - he can have residency anywhere and you can ask for the consulate to transfer the case.  Unfortunately that won't remove him from the ban.

After he get Dominican citizenship he might be able to get the file changed.

Just being a resident does not.   Once he is a citizen then the consulate has to agree to make the change or you file a new petition.

Usually obtaining Citizenship is not that quick, who knows what the situation will be then.
