Have you? If you have then expect them to get back to you soon. If after a week of submission and no word, I don't think it would hurt to write them.

I think so,  but there is someone on this platform with similar issues since November. I think it's a normal processing procedure.  It was stated that u can contact them after 60 days if u didn't hear from them. if u go back about two or three pages u can read our updates.

Oh ok. In that case give them time to review the submitted docs. Just know that refused status does not mean denial. Mine says refused too, tho I'm under the banned category.

F3. Refused since November after I was asked to redo medicals and submit another police report.

I'm sure by December 31st the ban on ur side will be lifted too. But did contact them and what did they say. I'm very sure this new year will be a year of joy for all of us. We will share the testimony soon

We certainly hope so too. I didn't contact them yet cos I kinda understand the reason I'm refused at this time. Looking forward to positive news next week.

Unfortunately Biden has already stated that it is going to take some time to undo what Trump has done as far as immigration goes.

If the ban tenure ends by 31st December according to the proclamation, it will have nothing to with Biden undoing what Trump did. Trump himself put an expiry to this one which expires in 3days time by Gods grace.
