Thanks. I'm based in  plateau.  I called the Abuja center where we did for my step daughters last December. But I guess it was late. I even tried calling the embassy too.  It was past 4. Ill try calling the clinic tomorrow morning again and see how they can help out. Thanks once again

you are welcome, pls try and call them first thing in the morning to schedule your medicals ASAP

After reading many posts on this forum and throughout the internet I’m still unsure about the Muslim ban.

1. Does the ban affect K1 visas since it’s not technically an immigrant visa?

2. What happens to your petition if they don’t issue a K1 visa because of ban? Do we have to start all over again if Biden ends the ban?

3. Has anyone gotten their K1 with the waiver who was average and not extraordinary?

Thank you for any and all responses!

This thread is specifically for Nigeria, are you asking about K-1 in Nigeria?

I really appreciate this forum, please kindly go with your waec results, nysc certificate if available and any old identity, I went with all due to my reading this forum and the CO ask for everything. She collected them and told me they will be returned to me.  I have one old 2008 international passport which was also helpful. I wish us all the best. She told me my pictures were not enough, that I should also submit some more photos different from the wedding pictures.

You mean they didn't return your original school documents to you after the interview?
