what's the copy of Immunization record  and how can I get that?

a copy of your immunization history is all the immunizing shots and injections a person must receive from a doctor/health care provider. you can get it from your primary doctor or whoever keeps all your medical records from birth.

We are waiting. My husband’s traveled to Lagos for his interview and it was canceled the day before the interview on March 12th.

Sam has your husband been rescheduled for a new interview? We are in the same boat.

then maybe you can start with whoever gave you that yellow fever shot and get that documentation. and then speak to someone in your family who might know where you can get info from earlier in your life.

Hello , has anyone be rescheduled for an interview after the lockdown. My husbands interview was canceled because the embassy closed the day before his interview, we are still waiting for a new date. We sent them an email and were told to wait.

There've been multiple interviews and visa issuances since the embassy resumed for interviews for mainly IR1/CR1 categories in November. I also believe December interview invites have also been sent out already. What's your visa category?

IR1. He had a date back in march but the embassy closed. I am surprised they haven’t rescheduled his interview yet. Sounds like they are mostly scheduling new interviews not rescheduling the ones that were cancelled.

Hello, I hope all is well. Yes we are in the same boat. We have been just waiting and praying for a reschedule date. My husband Sam traveled all the way to Lagos and the day before his interview it was cancelled.it has not been rescheduled after phone calls and emails still no response. Our case was DQ'd in January. I'm just trying to stay focus, updated and positive. Its not easy as I'm sure you know the feeling.

Due to my husband's family home being destroyed years ago; he didnt have anything about his vaccination history. Even with the college he went to. So when he went to his medical, the doctor (panel) made the decision on which vaccinations he would need.

I wouldn't worry too much. If you don't have records, they will give you the required vaccination that is neccessary/required to enter into the United States...
