Please does anyone here have experience with applying for a students visa while in NVC Processing? For example, getting a student visa while in NVC processing for F2B category with priority date about 1 year away.

Who knows about this kind of situation and prospects of student visa approval?

One of the requirements of a student visa is to show you will return home after your studies. How do you expect to do that with a pending immigrant petition? Your chances of getting a student visa are very very slim
