The embassy has contacted me and is asking that I submit itemized bills for the birth of my two kids that are American Citizens

I've interviewed already . Supposedly went well , then was put on AP then asked now to submit this additional documents

After the interview were you asked for additional documentation or after the interview? And where you given the pamphlet?

I really dont know why they would be asking for that now, however, if you have it, quickly forward to the embassy with an explanation note if you need to explain to them the reason why you had your kids there and why you received discounts.

I interviewed in january a day before news of the ban came out. The consular asked that we submit an attestation of birth for my husband and said visas had been approved. We didn't get a response toll last week when they returned our passports without a visa. I sent a mail to make enquiries and they said we should submit an itemized bill for the kids births and also a document from the German authorities verifying my husband's birth (cause he was born in Germany but is not a German citizen)..  we were never given a pamphlet. .

Thanks dear. I've gotten the bill from the hospital as well as a letter from them saying I didn't get any government funds. The discount was purely given by the hospital because I paid in cash and was uninsured

I know of at least 2 F1 approvals since the 24th (I believe they also had their interviews same day) who picked up their passports/visas this past week.
