P3: Issue with IRS Tax Transcripts Account

Hi all,

I'm trying to register on the IRS website to get my tax transcripts and I'm having some difficulties. I register email and address, SSN, etc. and then it logs me out. When I try to log back in, it tells me that my username isn't correct. When I try to enter my email to get my username, nothing comes. When I try to re-register, it tells me they already have my info in the system and I have to login, and then sends me back through the same loop. I've tried 3 times with different email addresses and the same thing has happened. Anyone else have a similar experience and know how to troubleshoot?

I am currently outside of the US but have tried with my VPN, incognito, restarting the browser, etc. to no avail. My address from my most recent return is a US-based address so that doesn't seem to be the issue either. I've gone ahead and requested a transcript by mail in the meantime but the sign up process for that one wasn't particularly clear either...

Have someone you trust in the US help you out...you cannot access court documents of some federal government sites from outside the US trust me i have tried it even with the best VPN you will be tracked and blocked.

Asked my dad back in the US to do it and it worked! Thank you for the suggestion!
