I think u need to talk to an immigration attorney because if you had filed already divorced there’s waivers for that but since you are already in the ROC process it’s more complicated , are you and your husband in good terms?

We talk but not much . And idk if i can trust him anymore i don’t know what he can tell the officers at the interview. It also worries me .  Iam going to get a lawyer and just pray about it i guess

That would be the best good luck

Usually the AOS is kind of fast ( marrying a citizen) but for what have learned about the ROC it could take longer than that

im sure we will be waiting for a while lol, hopefully wont go thru any major issues

Hi Scienceteacher15! Please let us know when you get any updates about the i-751! :)

Did you mail it to Phoenix or Dallas? Thanks!

We received our notice in mail yesterday dated for 2/7 with package received on 2/5. I mailed my package to Dallas as I am in Texas and that’s where it said for my state.

My wife (GC holder) is being asked by her work to provide proof of work authorization.  Her GC expires Feb 28 and we will send the package out this week.  Does any one know what the process is once the package is sent? Is there a letter they send back that serves as an extension while it is being processed? How long does this extension letter typically take to receive? Thanks!

She needs to mail it soon. The extension letter took a week (2/13) from the date our package was received (2/5) and it provides 18 month extension. My husbands expires 3/29 and I wanted his job to have it definitely at least 30 days in advance to prevent any employer issues.
