I didn't. I am including them now. I just doubt that on a 500 page package that's what made them think it wasn't enough. I didn't include any affidavits on my I-485 either and that was fine.

My boss thinks they might have lost part of my package, because they are requesting documents (health insurance, bank statements and bills with both our names) that were sent originally. They didn't mention a big chunk of what I sent on the "here's what you sent" part.

Anywho... A trip to Staples later, here I am mailing out 387 additional pages. Save the trees, everyone! 🌲

I’m wondering if some our documents were misplaced too, we had the same situation - some of what we sent wasn’t on their list. I’m sure I included W2s but they said it wasn’t there.

Anyway, from their list of suggested documents to send some don’t apply.

Beyond the following additional things I’m not sure what else to send, any suggestions?
- Car title proving co-ownership

- Photocopies of our state drivers licenses.

- missing W2s, plus the 2019 tax information (we filed after sending so that’s additional evidence)

- Signed and notarized wills.
- We provided health benefit enrollment summary that showed us on the same plan but that wasn’t enough, have to send more.
- Credit card statements for everything we share - we did our shared checking and a credit card but that wasn’t enough.
- Evidence/records/photos of trips we have taken together (only 3 since our marriage) - their suggestion.
- Other photographic evidence (their suggestion, seems wide open....not sure what they expect beyond pictures/selfies of us together and a Christmas family photo?)

- lease agreement (I swear I sent this, but it wasn’t on their list of what they received...) - we sent a copy of our renters insurance though...apparently that’s not enough to prove we live together?

We have no kids. We eloped because trying to get family together within 90 days when I have family in Canada and the UK was too hectic. We didn’t take a honeymoon because honestly we couldn’t afford it after the immigration fees and wedding.

We sent 2 signed affidavits. I guess more wouldn’t hurt?
We could refinance the car we bought at the start of the year, but that could be suspicious to them and it wouldn’t help our credit score...my wife doesn’t like the idea of doing that anyway, a lot of hassle.
We aren’t listed on any bills beyond cell phones, we pay rent and the homeowner pays the bills.

So, any suggestions beyond what I’ve listed above and as many photos I can rustle up?

That sounds promising! Could you please give a link to that thread?

It wasn't a specific thread, I was looking into people who posted about same notice and their timeline, it seems unless you filed for N400, you will have a result for ROC about 30-60 days.

Hi there RFE buddy!

See if along with the W2s you can also send them a tax transcript. I sent them copies of the taxes with the W2s, but when they asked for taxes again, I sent them transcripts instead (they said do not mail something you sent on your original package)

Along with the documents you mentioned, I honestly sent in a bunch of ####### - Amazon purchases, netflix and hulu bills, PayPal transactions between us, receipts for the fridge and ac unit I purchased to be delivered to our address.

I also sent in a letter explaining what I didnt have. For instance, the gas bill is on my name only because they dont allow two names on the bill. But they still got 12 months of gas bills under my name. We dont have kids (we cant afford them right now) so we sent in cat adoption paperwork instead. I keep on imagining how hard it must be for a couple whos having trouble conceiving naturally to explain to USCIS why they dont have kids yet?

Anywho, stay strong. Ill be here if you wanna (lightly) rage on this senseless RFE 😂 meanwhile, please enjoy this picture of my I-751 application, including the original application and the RFE

Here is an update about my case being transferred. The notice says that they completed a preliminary review of the application and as part of standard processing they transferred it to National benefit center.

I saw somebody mentioned earlier on the forum that they transferred their case to national benefits center to speed up the process. Nothing like that in my notice though.

Thanks for the update! Probably soon you’ll get the approval notice. My approval notice was postmarked 12/18 but the notice date is 12/17 and got to my home today. I live in Chicago area. I was surprised it was this fast for a regular mailed to be delivered.

Just curious, and this might be totally irrelevant but what time today did you get the update that your card was mailed?

In light of this what are your thoughts about filing N-400? Do you plan to apply soon? I was planning to do that right after time window opens but now a bit confused.
