Thanks! Joint filing. I'll be filing my N-400 in February under the 3-year rule.

Yes!! I'm sure you are, we filed around the same time. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Is everyone filing for naturalization right away? How is filing based on marriage different from filing after 5 years of residence, in terms of interviewing, length, etc?

Filing based on the 5 year rule is a bit relaxed compare to the 3 year marriage rule. I read that the 5 yrs rule does not really due too much on evidences.

And what they usually ask for?

I did send them almost everything..Joint bank accounts debit and credit, Insurance, photos, car documents... with our names on them.

I looked into some other similar cases, it seems like our case is "active" again and averaging from 30 to 60 days we will get either a "card in production" or "an interview appointment".

Hi all,

I literally just got a notification from USCIS that my status changed to "New Card is Being Produced".

Wondering for those of you who got the card, is there a USPS tracking number provided? (I think it is going to be sent to my lawyer though)

And how long did it take from "New Card is Being Produced" to actually receiving the physical card?

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know how long it took to receive notification letter about interview date and location? It’s been almost a month since our status changed to interview scheduled.

Texas service center. Filed in January 2020.

Usually within a week. Better call and find out. Do not miss the interview. Is you address up to date? Did you receive NoA at this address previously?

Hey there, I got the "card being produced" notification yesterday as well. Did your status change today to "case approved" or anything else?
