Lin/Nebraska filer here. Last notice was in 5/13 fingerprints being used form previous capture. Patiently waiting for now.  How do you know  Nebraska is working on Feb now?

2/13/23 USCIS Received

2/16/23 USCIS NOA1 date and sent the mail

2/16/23 USCIS NOA2 and sent mail with online access code

2/18/23 USCIS Scheduled for bio appointment and sent letter

2/24/23 Received NOA1 and NOA2 in the mail

2/25/23 Received Bio appointment letter in the mail

3/9/23  Bio Appointment

3/9/23 Online Update: Case is actively reviewed by USCIS

7/20/23 Case placed in queue for an interview to be scheduled

7/26/23 Interview Scheduled

9/1/23 Interview, decision cannot be made

9/7/23 Recommended for approval; Oath ceremony will be scheduled

9/8/23 Oath ceremony scheduled

On the Facebook page of I-751 a number of February 2020 are being approved and RFE are being sent out,my last update was fingerprints being reused on 5/13

Thanks for sharing. Looks like they’re all ending in 44xx. My case number is LIN20902320xx, not sure if the digits matter here. Hopefully they will work on my case soon.

02/05/2020 - I-751 received 

05/13/2020 - Fingerprints "taken" (applied from previous biometrics)

06/02/2020 - Change address request assigned to officer

06/02/2020 - Change address request complete 

12/02/2020 - New card ordered 

12/03/2020 - I-751 approved 

12/05/2020 - New card mailed 

12/09/2020 - USPS shows new card should be delivered today

Yes!! I'm sure you are, we filed around the same time. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

 

Is everyone filing for naturalization right away? How is filing based on marriage different from filing after 5 years of residence, in terms of interviewing, length, etc?
