Hello!

 

Has anyone received approval from Vermont filing center? I filed beginning of Feb. and my case status still says "fingerprints were taken in May".

 

Also I hope to travel late August/early Sept. but pretty sure won't get my card by then given the slow processing times. Has anyone traveled to their home country with their expired green card and notice of action during COVID-19 times? Were you able to get back in without any issues? I'm worried as there's a new immigration rule everyday...

Debbie,

There is a delay due to the printing company USCIS uses. USCIS does not have money to pay for the card printing hence the delay. I read somewhere here that maybe two to three weeks wait time.

13 days after approval date but I read printing was going to be an issue after the 15th due to vendor change or lack of vendor. I didn’t track the date it said it was produced sorry.

Congrats!!!!!......Are you a transferred case? I think they transferred my own case to Potomac Service Center since I submitted on February 7, 2020.
