I didn't send anything yet, I am afraid it will cause more delays. just waiting for supervisor review in couple of days. they said could be 6 wks but usually its done before that

U need to complete the ceac ds260 and affidavit of support plus u need to pay. They will not review until u didnt pay and submit evrything in one time. My lawyer send inquiry to nvc but still dont have response.

I have passed all this steps. I have everything approved. I am just in line for interview. but since I'm in wrong category there is a wait

 

how did you lawyer sent inquiry? Did the lawyer use Public inquiry form online?

Atleast u have passed all , and u are waiting for interview , im waiting for the nvc if all my documents are qualified. I dont know what he did about the inquiry he only told me the he sent email to nvc. When is your priority date?

PD is June 2018. But it shouldn’t matter is we are USC. Even if I was green card holder, currently F2A is on Nov 2019 PD

Omg mybe also me it will be like that. My priority date is april 16,2019 . I cannot understand why they didnt upgrade from the uscis. Whats the sense of being a u.s citizen.😭

i called today, they will have supervisor review it again. I called again same day, they said I need to send proof to NVC via inquiry form. So I’m going to wait for supervisor review hoping they will change it since I did send proof to USCIS & they would forward all docs to NVC.

 

USCIS upgrade my Petition back in May 2019 & all they asked for naturalization #

No, Health insurance is not required. Public charged was enforce today
