My husband is already u.s citizen but when i open the ceac account i saw c21. I submit my ds260 . They will review it or no? Because my visa class c21 in the ceac account which means lpr spouse conditional, how do i know if they will review my documents because mybe the nvc will not review it because of visa class?? Help me please.

They will view your documents regardless. It is quicker to be in CR1 than F2A since in F2A, you have to wait your PD to be current in visa bulletin. Are you done submitting your AOS? Or did you sent your DS 260 first then AOS after?

CR1 is the correct category of visa for the spouse of a US Citizen when married less than two years.  If USCIS has indicated another category on some documentation, the petitioning spouse should contact them and get it corrected.

USCIS had it updated to IR. But it’s NVC that didn’t have it correct. Does this qualify  for expedite case due to error by NVC?

i called today, they will have supervisor review it again. I called again same day, they said I need to send proof to NVC via inquiry form. So I’m going to wait for supervisor review hoping they will change it since I did send proof to USCIS & they would forward all docs to NVC.

USCIS upgrade my Petition back in May 2019 & all they asked for naturalization #

I called them, on my first try, she said, a supervisor will review the case again. Then I asked her do you need my naturalization #, she said, no we have all the in the system. She asked me when I became US citizen. (it was May 2019).  Later on same day, I called back, the lady asked me when I submitted my docs to NVC, I told her I didn't, but I sent it to USCIS, who confirmed with me that it IR status. that was before my i-130 got approved or sent to NVC for case # creation. She said, my case was submitted to supervisor for review, I had two options either wait for that review or send my docs to NVCinquiry. She insisted that USCIS is not NVC. I know that, but doesn't USCIS send all data to NVC. and NVC never asked me for any docs other than usual docs (tax return, 864).

Only reason my petition started to move fast is because I became USC. Right now I have completed all steps on CEAC website & waiting for IL.  Also I contacted my local congress office, who have been helping this process is beginning, they said, they contacted NVC about this error to expedite the case. Last Friday, everyone from my country for IL

whats your opinion on this?

did you use NVCinquiry? if so, they are at Dec 10, 2019 emails. or was it at NVCExpedite

I didn't send anything yet, I am afraid it will cause more delays. just waiting for supervisor review in couple of days. they said could be 6 wks but usually its done before that
