Same for you as well 🙏🏻 The website says Dec 4 but, I have seen those around mid Dec get DQ and also some from January, so just as always you never really know what’s going on

Maybe they could be processing by specific Countries (Randomly choosing) 😳 I surely hope not!!!!!🤔  hopefully,  they’re working things in accordance to order (in which they are received ). Until then I will keep watching and praying this process will be over for you and your family soon🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Maybe, but also unsure, since our first review only took 5 weeks, and now we are on week 7  Yes soon for all of us we will be with our families and this will all seem like a distant dream 🙏

I just for dq !!!!! Documents upload 9 december !  guys i need to have  healthy insurance entering USA ? How is this Trump rule ? I going be denied if i dont have ?

I don't think you need to have health insurance by the time you have your interview. If you can get it now then definitely do so, but it's not required as of now. As long as you get health insurance as soon as you can after moving to the US you should be fine.

I haven't heard of anyone being asked about insurance at their interview or not having it being an issue for anybody so far.

The healthcare rule is not in effect, but it’s still a good idea to look into getting insurance once you move here as healthcare is extremely expensive in the US, especially without insurance

I feel like this is huge business opportunity for health insurances right now. I mean, I don´t even know where to start looking for this. Should I Google "Health Insurance"?

Are you the beneficiary? If your spouse has insurance in the US you can probably be added to it once you move

Then I would start to research some health insurance plans in the state you are planning to live in, or if any potential jobs you are looking at may have included health insurance plans

I have a question, we have sent the whole thing to NVC on Feb 3rd.

I am wondering why under "IV Application" there is still a "completed" instead of a "submitted".

Is this normal?

Yes, the DS260 is just “completed”, while documents are “submitted”

Slightly confused, maybe someone has some insight.
 

This week I submitted my I-864 using tax transcripts from 2018, 2017 & 2016. And they'll safely satisfy the requirements.

 

I was going to provide my husband with my 2019 W2 & transcript for the interview when that time comes (because it is more income than the previous 3 years)- but my W2 lists me as single. After requesting a revised W2 from my ADP 3 weeks ago (via my HR dept.), I found out today it will remain listed as single, because on my W4 I listed 'Married Filing Separately'. Apparently it's some new rule?

 

Anyone else update their W4 to married filing separate in 2019, and get a W2 that lists single? I guess specifically, from ADP..

 

My question is- when the time comes for my husband to have all the documents with him at the interview, will providing him with my 2019 W2 that's going to list me as 'Single' be some sort of issue? Now I plan to mail in my taxes this week (married filing separate). Then once my transcript for 2019 becomes available (hopefully before his interview), provide that to him (which should list me as married, right??). 

 

Or should I just totally forget 2019, and let them just have '18, '17, & '16.

 

But then I question, if it's after April 15- will they require he have the 2019 tax documents.
