Do you know if that has happened to anyone before? In any case, I’ll try going there tomorrow. Thanks

Going there makes sense. There should also be a phone number you can call to check what's going on.

Nope,I just feel that's the next step for you to take...if it's over 30 days ,your passport will be returned to the embassy, and I'm very sure you wouldn't want that to happen...

Thanks. I just got off the phone moments ago, she said they’ll contact me, even tho it sounded like she told me what I wanted to hear. I might just visit the dhl office tomorrow, and hope they give me an audience.

The document you got from the clerk is the document you need.

As long as you're not providing a copy of the certificate you have in hand then you're fine.

Well the checklists mentions bring originals and we got an original copy when we applied for our cert and it was accepted

I updated my profile long ago, and saved it. But nothing responds when I click on anything on that dashboard

Once you have created a profile and you have updated your info thats all you need, your passport is ready for pickup the last box with delivery information will show passport and visa available for pickup. thats all

That’s what I’m saying. You update the profile with your passport number, contact details, and save it. After saving it I went on the home screen and clicked on visa information, nothing happened when I clicked the button

you can track your visa from the home page just click on Track & retrieve my passport and type in your passport number it will tell you if its available for pick up or not
