You will register after your visa is approved, the link will be on one of the papers they will give you after your approval.

The link is simply for you to track your passport and visa for pickup and for the Dhl to contact you when your passport is available for pickup

look at the left hand side of the screen shot,you'll see the update profile sign, click on it and update your profile and save it...then come to the home page where you clicked on the update profile, this time you'll go little down to Visa information, click on it and input your Visa category there and then save it...that's all,they've gotten your info which will make them inform you when your Visa is available for pick up,forget about the appointment scheduling cuz it does not apply to you...I hope this helps

I asked did ask when booking the medical but they told me they could tell me on the day. I assume this is so they can charge me for the missing ones on the day!

Thanks. I think I have to stay back in Lagos for pickup...like how many days? Any other confirmation from the DHL office for identification and pick up since I will be there by myself for collection? You know they have our passports for identification.

I can't say for sure but i hope its ready for pick up within the week.

I showed them my drivers license as means of identification

When I click on visa information, nothing pops up. Could this be the reason for the delay in getting back my passport?

Maybe...cuz you need to fill out your Visa category and save it

I updated my profile long ago, and saved it. But nothing responds when I click on anything on that dashboard

That’s what I’m saying. You update the profile with your passport number, contact details, and save it. After saving it I went on the home screen and clicked on visa information, nothing happened when I clicked the button

Hmmm...I see, if that's the case I'll advice you to go to the pick up point to check if it's available, I'm very sure your passport would have been delivered to them...
