Hello! I’m sorry, I don’t know about the translations. I would bring them just in case. But about your other question, you don’t receive anything else before the interview. What to bring is online, but it seems you already saw that link :) so now you just have to book the medical, get your documents ready, and go to the interview! I’m glad you will have your interview soon. I think we have been together since the Nebraska thread? Haha

Hello!

k don’t have translations or just those I submitted to USCIS  Ah the time of NOA1. If it’s the case I will bring that . I will not pay again for translations lol

ok thank you that’s good to know 🙂

I already book the medical , the X-ray chest appointment and all my documents are ready .

Yes We have been together in this nightmare since  beginning lol

Good day my VJ family.

I'm visiting family and friends this week and while I'm on vacation I lost my cell. I just went into my email on a family members phone. I recieved my IL for Lagos. To interview on March 03, 2020.

Do my husband need to try to ask for a earlier appointment if possible considering the  ban? I really appreciate it.

Haha I think you can also translate documents yourself? So you don’t have to pay. But I’m no so sure about that, I think I have read it here on VJ. thats awesome then, you have everything ready! Hopefully time flies until your big day!

Don’t worry! All will go well. Why wouldn’t you be approved? You even live with your husband and I’m sure you have more than enough evidence :) but I understand. I was really worried before my interview, and time went so slow to me until that day because I’m on vacation with not much to do haha so I’m glad time is flying for you! Now We are just impatiently waiting for the visa to be issued so we can buy the plane ticket for me! Haha

yes de have a LOT of évidences after 3 years lol

but I can not control it. This process was so long and complicate that I always wait for the worst .
they asked for more evidence ( said that’s income was not enough and consulate will decide and proof of domicile ) but finally DQ us
So I am lost 🤯

thank you very much ! soon Paris !
In few days you will have your visa in hand and let’s go for a new life !!! 🤪🇺🇸

Je peux vous les traduire gratuitement si vous en avez besoin. I don't mind.

But I'm sure you're be fine. I've only heard positive things about the French embassy over the years. Good luck to you

You could try asking for an earlier appointment after your husband has completed his medical and has all the required documents ready for the interview. There is an email template at the very first post of this thread by dwheels to get an idea of what to write them for an earlier appointment. But since the date of the ban is so close, i'm not sure if they would give an interview date earlier than that, and i imagine many people will try to ask for an earlier appointment too. But if you don't try, you won't know! I wish you the best

Thank you. DS-260 question me

Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?  I said No because  my case was incomplete so I'm confusing

So you never submitted any application previously? Incomplete means you didn't submit it right?

Hello guys !

my status changed from « in transit » to « ready »

i am so excited !!!

question(s) lol :

i see that the French embassy ask English translation . My paperwork’s are In French and even for NVC and didn’t provide any translation so what do I have to do ?

after the IL and me

confirming the appointment do we receive something else before the interview like what to bring etc ?

thank you for your answers 🙂

If it's in the country that the language is in you don't have to send in translation. So french papers in France is okay. They speak french there.
