look under immigrant visa. Choose all other visa class

I called them again, & she said that I need to send my USC naturalization certificate to NVC by use public inquiry form. Didn’t even mention about expedite or any error. She said just because you upgraded to IR with USCIS it doesn’t mean it’s NVC.

 

previous caller said she will submit to supervisor for review and didn’t ask for any docs. I’m going to wait for supervisor review and my Congress man office to reply. The public inquiry is running on 12/13/19 request. That is another freaking. 2 months day F** this

my brother has Been married > 3 yrs. his was already IR-1

 

no one talks about C21 here. Did you see F2A visa bulletin board. They are on Nov 2019. My PD was in May 2018. Either way I should be IL

You are CR1 not IR1. C21 is a category but a Visa Category. It's a F2A that's what the visa bulletin goes by. Like i aid I believe NVC messed up and didn't change you and have you in the wrong queue.

Please just select IR1. That's  a LPR.

The way most recent agent sounded like, I messed up. She said USCIS is not NVC

okay u got too many emails and calls and such. This is what i would do.
NVCexpedite@state.gov upload your Certificate with them.
On subject line your case#, full name and SUPERVISOR REVIEW.

 

In the body tell them you upgraded on XXXXX at USCIS. And your category still shows C21. You need to be expedited to get an interview and please see your attached certificate.

I see that for the DQ completed on 11/18/2019 for Mumbai, the dates have come for some of the fortunate folks in this forum as indicated in the excel. I had the DQ done on the same date by NVC, yet I have not got the IL.  Does this happen ? Should I be calling NVC ( that in itself is a task ! )  ?

There's many before you no date. That person might be an expedite or other category. People don't always give all the facts. I only can post what they give me.

Personally  think good news is coming fro you. They are scheduling for your embassy now they just got there's. Call and get your date bet you got it already. I'll wait.
