Initially, I was thinking it could be statutory age declaration from the High court of Justice. If not that, then it's the Birth certificate issued from NPC

If you were bron before 1991 and you dont have the issued NPC birth cert, you will have to do attestion of age at the court then take it to NPC to be issued a birth cert, but if you were born after 1991 you can get that at any local govt.

@mac_skendy @dwheels76 please what do you think about entering the US (port of entry) after the ban has gone into effect with a valid cr1 visa?

It's a non issue for those who has a Visa. No where does the ban say Visa issued recipients are an. If you haven;t received your Visa by Feb 22, 2020 the Ban effects you in Nigeria. If you have the Visa before then it's a non -issue.

Yes pls..do you think public charge will be applied at the US port of entry after it has gone into effect?

Well he's talking about the Travel Ban for Nigeria. The public charge has nothing to do with the POE. If you were considered a public charge no Visa will be issued.

Interview questions:

How you met your spouse, how long have you known each other, what was your wedding date?

It was approved but they need attestation of age document sent before issuing visa.

Awesome. Get that too them quickly so you get your Visa before the 22nd. Congratulations.

If they did, gosh can you imagine those lines!? Would rather travel to Canada and walk across a land border port of entry than wait for 3 officers to process paperwork from a plane of 400 people.

When I was on my L1 visa, I had to enter the US through the immigration line.  One morning, we landed coming back from Argentina with 2 other full, Latin American flights...regular immigration had me standing for over an hour and a half, waiting for an officer!  The line ups were insane.  The only place I've seen worse was in Dubai!

For Canada/US though, depends where you decide to enter.  Land crossings can be busy between Can/US border, especially during holiday season when there are lineups of RV's that they are checking.  5 of the major airports have US preclearance in Canada.  These locations pull you aside and can dig into your paperwork.  The handy part about it though, is that once you've cleared, you're technically on US soil, so there's no turning back!

Just checked CEAC and it shows that @Bking visa is issued. I'm so happy and excited and all sorts of other big emotions. I can't believe we're finally here. Just now to get it in hand and continue or moving plans
