NO IL thus far!!!!

Simply curious.  How long have you been waiting?

DQ'd Oct 11 here, but Montreal is one of the slowest consulates.  601 days into the process so far, 117 days since DQ.

No, what you have is perfect.

We got married in the states too, I was kinda worried initially because im used to the certificates looking VERY detailed, colourful, thick paper, the whole nine yards. What we got was NOT any of that but they assured us at the courthouse clerk's office that what we have is the official doc

Thanks a lot!!! :D I was very worried my husband would have to mail me new documents since my interview is soon

Hi everyone,

We got DQ'ed on January 30th, do you have an idea of what the next steps are and when we our interview is?

Waiting about 2 for your interview to be scheduled. Till then start preparing your interview evidence and what you want to bring to interview. Prep and get ready while you wait.

If your visa is issued, you are free to arrive at a port of entry and present yourself for admission by a CBP Officer using your valid visa, regardless of the travel ban.

New I-864 rules do not effect those with ready existing approved I-864s and those who send in I-864s before the February 24th deadline. POE officials normally do not request supplemental or amended paperwork after visa issuance regarding the case.

yep, and imo very unlikely that CBP will be told to review paperwork anyways since they are not trained to do so
