My wife and I are now married ten and a half years, and my success with getting her here was helped greatly by the wonderful family we all have here on Visajourney.  Now over a decade later I could use some more help.

We put in a Petition through an I 130 to bring her unmarried son over the age 21 here almost ten years ago.  It was approved immediately, but since she is from the Philappines we started what was then almost a twelve year wait for an available Visa.  The Priority Date for her Son is January 13, 2010, and the Feb 2020 Visa Bulletin now shows a May 2009 Priority Date.  This indicates we may have access to an Available Visa in about 8 months.  Three things have changed since the original Petition was approved.

She became a Citizen in 2014, but we didnt notify them.  I looked into it with USCIS back then and was told that it was our option to request or not request that her status be changed from Permanent Resident F2B to Citizen F1.  We decided not to change the status, because the wait time based on Priority Dates was much shorter back then for the Permanent Resident than it was for a Citizen; Go Figure that one out.  Recently in late 2019 I noticed the Citizen category had caught up alot to be close to the wait time for the Permanent Resident, but decided to leave it alone.  When she became a Citizen, in the Ceremony, the Judge permitted name changes, and we changed her first name only to what was her original Baptismal Name Maria.  We never contacted anyone about the minor change of her first name.

In December 2015 we bought a house and moved from the one we lived in when the Petition originally was approved.  I never updated anything with whatever department we would do that with.  I want to now notify the correct government agency of the change of address, but am not sure which one and how to report it.

Two days ago her Son changed his address in the Philippines from the one he lived in at the time of the original Petition to a new place.  We also need to make that notification.

Can anyone advise me on the changes i need to make, with which governmental agency I need to make them, and how?
