I m us citizen and Hi I have a question I have a child  with him and I m going to get married with him after Son  And I want to sponsor him can I get married and sponsor him ??? My child is 3 yrs now

Your child has auto Citizenship, as for your spouse, you must file for a CR/IR1 visa, the first process being filing a USCIS form I-130.

 

processing time can be from 3 months - 18+ months, depending on circumstances, where the beneficiary is and other factors.

You can do a fiance visa or spousal visa.   It is up to you depending on whether or not you are married.  You would need to meet the sponshoship requirement in I-864P for 3 people at %100 for a K1 and %125 for a spousal visa.

In your profile you show Lahore Pakistan.  Your fiance would need to show legal residency in the country they interview in.  If you fiancee is Pakistani, they mght be subject to additional administrative processing.

As you've probably figured out now, answers to your questions depend on information you have not yet provided.  Based on what you HAVE provided, the process is likely to take 13 to 18 months for a Romanian Spouse.  For a Pakistani spouse, perhaps much longer.

 

Time for some research as to whether to do the fiance process or marry and do the spouse process.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
