can I use K-1 proof of relationship at AOS interview?

My lawyer is indicating that we should use all the proof from the K-1 process in the AOS (green card) interview (as well as more recent documents, photos etc...). Does that make sense? Don't they already have all that on file and accessible to the officer? I am asking because in my research I found people saying that they only brought updated information/documents to the interview and others said they brought everything. What do you guys think?

Our AOS interview is in about 10 days and I want to make sure we are ready!

Thanks!

The proofs since the K1 are what is important.  The older is the K1 proof.  Take the I-129F with you if you want.

I wouldn't.  Everything we took to our AOS interview was stuff that served as an "update" to our case since the K-1.....wedding photos and the marriage certificate.....lots of evidence of commingled finances and shared assets.....2018 joint tax return and 2019 W-2s....etc.  Why show a repeat of what they've already seen?

You need to prove a bonafide MARRIAGE relationship,  old K1 evidence doesn't do that

YMMV

I would file the AOS with evidence from K1 till now.

For the interview bring everything. I have a file that has copies of everything from day1 and it goes with me every time I have to go in. It has come in handy several times already not always immigration related. But more importantly it saved my bacon on my ROC interview. I was able to pull copies of divorce papers that went missing.
